A captivating fine jewellery collection from David Morris breathes new life into classic bejewelled bows.
Named Beaux, a subtle play on words that references the perfectly-tied bows that have inspired the designs, and their beauty, the collection offers a timely update to a much-loved motif that has adorned fashion and jewellery creations for centuries. Characteristic of the David Morris approach to design, the Beaux collection offers a fresh twist on an enduring motif.
The pieces each deftly strike the balance between feminine and strong, timeless and of the moment – in essence, a modern interpretation of traditional bows, designed for the modern woman and complementing her playful attitude to jewellery and personal style.
Vintage inspiration and traditional tales
When creating the pieces, CEO and Creative Director Jeremy Morris looked to archive, bow-inspired pieces designed by the House in the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s for inspiration, historical and vintage fashions, and traditional decorative arts.
The haberdashers of London also offered a trove of material, figuratively speaking, via shelves lined with rolls of ribbons and trimmings in grosgrain, velvet and silk, while the bold and eye-catching silhouette of the Beaux motif owes much to the sculptural, over-sized bows often seen atop fascinators.

White diamonds and classic motifs
The collection comprises three ring designs, stud earrings, a bangle and a pendant necklace, each adding a touch of playful glamour to any occasion, and crafted with white diamonds set in 18-carat white gold.
Pavé diamonds give the pieces a dynamic textural quality that evokes a luxurious velvet, catches the light beautifully and accentuates the bow motif’s striking silhouette, curves and pleats.
The two single ring designs are available in a small bow size, perfect for every day, and a version with a larger bow for a more dramatic look, while the double ring design combines both for a piece that is both delicate and daring. The bangle and necklace both feature bows set at an angle, which gives the pieces a fun and nonchalant feel, and are a complete look when paired with the collection’s wear-anywhere stud earrings.

The Ruby Beaux Collection
Featuring in our NET-A-PORTER launch and inspired by the first White Beaux collection of summer 2021, Ruby Beaux is a collection of opulent ruby-embellished bows, presenting the perfect festive season gift idea and includes three ring designs, stud earrings, a bangle and a pendant necklace.
