Do I need a receipt to return or exchange an item?

Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. This is the same for online orders.

Please note, we do not accept returns on bespoke or personalised items.

We offer an engraving service which can be arranged for your jewellery prior to ordering, however, we advise this is requested before the item has been purchased.

Our bespoke jewellery design service includes anything from choosing a band and gemstone to just adding simple embellishments on top of an existing product.

What metals do you offer for wedding jewellery?

All of our engagement rings and eternity rings are finished in white gold whereas wedding bands can be purchased in white gold, yellow gold, platinum or rose gold.

David Morris offer a complete bespoke service for designing engagement rings. Our in house ateliers will work along side you to create a piece which matches your vision.

What is the David Morris warranty policy?

Each David Morris piece of jewellery purchased is covered by a UK warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing faults and does not extend to damages resulting from wear and tear, accidents, abusive use, or unauthorised repairs.
