Each David Morris piece of jewellery purchased is covered by a UK warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing faults and does not extend to damages resulting from wear and tear, accidents, abusive use, or unauthorised repairs. David Morris reserves the right to determine whether a faulty item requires repair or replacement. Repairs for items not covered by manufacturing faults will incur charges. Additionally, ring resizes performed at the point of purchase are subject to David Morris’s discretion.

To validate warranty coverage or initiate a repair, you must provide a form of David Morris identification, such as a David Morris stamp, stock code, or proof of purchase. In cases where an item is purchased without a visible stock code, David Morris will authorise engraving the piece code within the 12-month warranty period. David Morris reserves the right to refuse items deemed not authentic David Morris pieces.

Items brought in after the 12-month warranty period or those not covered by manufacturing faults will be subject to quotation and charges upon completion of repair. Quotes can be expected within 3 weeks, with subsequent repairs taking a minimum of 6-8 weeks upon commencement. Repair work will only commence after David Morris receives written authorisation from the customer confirming acceptance of the quoted charges. The product will be retained until complete payment of repair costs has been made or otherwise agreed upon in writing by the David Morris boutique manager.

David Morris is pleased to provide a certificate of authentication within the 12-month warranty period. Valuations can be provided at a charge of £250 per item for any David Morris goods without a valid warranty.

Customers are required to collect any repair items within 12 months of receiving the final communication from David Morris indicating that the item is ready for collection. By making a purchase and availing yourself of our warranty services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
