QUALITY ASSESSMENT
David Morris jewellers will take time and intricate care when examining your jewellery piece. From high gemstone earrings to fine engagement rings, our team of skilled professionals can identify what work needs to be carried out on your high or fine jewellery.
To begin the inspection process, our team of diamond experts will check for any missing stones when receiving your piece, as well as checking the quality and wear of the clause and setting when inspecting a large stone or cluster. We will also inspect any tarnishing or residue as well as discolouration that may have occurred over time.
Our diagnostics process includes cleaning your piece of jewellery in the ultrasonic which gently vibrates the item in a water-based solution, removing any present residue. Once this cleaning process is complete, it provides our assessors with a more visible insight into additional work that may need to be completed. We will also look into the clause of the diamonds and rebuild any that require it. Once all work has been done and any repairs or adjustments have been made, we will re-dip your piece of jewellery followed by a final polish to revive its shine.

REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS
From adjusting necklace chains and bracelets to repairing clasps and components, our boutiques ensure that your fine and high jewellery always leaves our stores in pristine condition. Our expert jewellers are skilful in their craft and after an in-depth inspection, will be able to repair or adjust any piece of David Morris jewellery.
Our adjustment service allows you to increase or reduce the size of your item or replace the clasp without altering the aesthetics or original form. All adjustment requests are subject to technical feasibility. David Morris repairs provide new components to be added or replaced and this will need to be discussed with one of our jewellery experts.
